We do not currently deliver to Switzerland, but some of our customers use Easy Delivery. 🚚
Easy Delivery is a warehouse based in Vitrolles, which acts as an intermediary between France and Switzerland. They handle the transport to Switzerland as well as customs formalities. Feel free to contact them directly!

If you decide to have your order delivered in France and then export it to Switzerland, unfortunately we will not be able to provide customs documentation, as we deliver within France only.
Indeed, once the order has been received in France, the buyer becomes its legal owner, and all export formalities are therefore the buyer’s responsibility. We will not be able to issue any export mandate, nor can we grant any VAT refund.

Process
• Your order is delivered to Easy Delivery (a warehouse in Vitrolles acting as an intermediary between France and Switzerland). If you wish, they can handle the transport to Switzerland and all customs procedures; alternatively, you can collect the order yourself.
• To obtain a VAT refund, once you have passed customs, you can download the Savin’ Tax Free app and request the VAT refund using the customs form provided by customs authorities. The VAT you paid to Plum Living will then be refunded by Savin’.
